As the DSR website is updated over the coming months, new features, resources and pages for people involved in active recreation will be highlighted.

Change of face for Outdoors WA

Trekking poles help reduce muscle soreness

A study has been done at Northumbria University which shows that hiking with trekking poles helps maintain muscle function and significantly reduces muscle soreness in the days following a hike.

New trail in Shire of Kondinin
