Organisational development

Running an effective organisation means being able to undertake a wide range of functions, including finance and people management, marketing, operating a board and risk management. It requires good governance.

The Department works with sport and recreation organisations to develop and maintain a philosophy of good governance and continuous improvement.

We work with organisations to achieve best-practice across all aspects of management, and the processes required to create a high-performing organisation.
