Sport and Recreation Minister Terry Waldron today announced $733,364 for 30 projects that will boost sporting facilities across Western Australia as part of the 2011 CSRFF small grants round for projects under $150,000.

Mr Waldron said sport and recreation was a valuable part of the everyday lives of Western Australians and the four-year, $80 million CSRFF program was evidence the government recognised that fact.

“Participation in sport and recreation plays a vital role in communities across WA,” he said.
