Geared for seniors 50 years and over, the program incorporated salt water aerobics, leisurely swimming, beach walking and beach exercise sports and ran every Tuesday and Thursday at Town Beach, Mandurah Marina.

On average, the program attracted in excess of 40 participants per session.

City of Mandurah lifeguard and water aerobics instructor Wendy Cole was magnificent in ensuring the safety of all participants each and every week, and provided a fun environment for all swimmers.

Congratulations to Jan McGlinn and her team on delivering such an innovative and successful program to seniors in the Peel region.
