Point Walter Centre offers a range of accommodation and catering options for all types of groups and budgets.

Set on the Swan River, Point Walter boasts magnificent views of the foreshore and the city skyline with the accommodation nestled around the pool and hub of meeting and dining rooms.
The Point Walter Recreation and Conference Centre can accommodate up to 124 people in six modern accommodation blocks. The accommodation consists of 31 rooms that have a maximum capacity of four beds per room (bunk beds). Linen is provided including sheets, blankets, a pillow, pillow case and towel. The beds are steel bunk beds (2 per room) that conform to Australian standards and mattresses have hospital grade mattress protectors to ensure good hygiene and cleanliness.
Note: Some rooms in
Aviary or Osprey dorms have a bar fridge to accommodate any students needing to
refrigerate medication. Please speak to the Centre directly to discuss room
allocation prior to your arrival.
Aviary dormitories
Aviary dormitories (22 rooms): 88 bed maximum
There are five accommodation blocks, with 22 rooms, overlooking the central pool.
Osprey dormitory
Osprey dormitory (9 rooms): 36 bed maximum
The Osprey dormitories were built in 2006 with a commanding view of the Swan River and Perth.
