The Osprey accommodation was built in 2006 and has a commanding view of the Swan River and Perth. There are nine rooms and each room has two bunk beds, reading lamps, fans, hanging and storage space. The rooms accommodate a total of 36 people in bunk beds. All mattresses have hospital grade mattress protectors to ensure good hygiene and cleanliness. Guests in these rooms are required to share the communal ablutions conveniently located within the block and are required to provide their own toiletries.
The Osprey area includes access to the Pelican Function Room to use as a dining and meeting facility at the camp, and this is located near the Osprey building. This dining room is the meeting point for the Osprey group and has enough tables and chairs for 100 people. Catered meals are served at this venue from a mobile bain marie, and guests have access to a standard-sized fridge. There is also a hot water urn for tea/ coffee and a water cooler and dispenser. The dining room is serviced by two split-system air conditioners and ceiling fans, a wall-mounted whiteboard, a TV with VCR/DVD player are also available. Self-catering is not permitted.
