The Department of Sport and Recreation also offers a sports related Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Dealing with Conflict and Difficult People seminar
The course will provide you with the resources and skills to successfully conduct this two-hour seminar. A presenter's manual will be provided, which includes many examples of how to encourage the interest and interaction of seminar participants.
