Notice of AGM – Women's Sport Foundation of WA
All members of the Women's Sport Foundation of WA Inc are encouraged to attend this month's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

If you are unsure of your membership status, wish to join or renew membership or have any other general business items that you wish to have considered for inclusion on the Agenda, please contact Narelle Finch.
Voting will be conducted for all Council positions: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Ordinary Members x 7. Members are encouraged to nominate for these positions using the Nomination Form.
If you cannot make it, download a Proxy Form.
Members are asked to confirm their attendance by Friday 22 October 2010 by notifying Narelle Finch – WSW President on 0407 020 901 or via email to narelle@thinkfinch.com.au.
In accordance with Clause 12.0 of the Women’s Sports Foundation of WA (Inc.), each member of the federation shall be entitled to attend each general meeting. If a member is absent, he/she may be represented by a proxy appointed under the hand of the member. Members are asked to complete and return a Proxy Form (attached) prior to close of business on Friday, 22 October. Each member present in person or by proxy at a general meeting is entitled to a deliberate vote. No voting rights arising pursuant to these Rules shall be exercised by any member who has not as at the time of voting paid the relevant subscription for their membership to the Foundation.
