ASC Presenter/Facilitator Training Course A course to learn essential skills in presenting and facilitating to groups of people. This course is suitable to anyone in the sport and recreation industry aiming to develop skills in presenting and facilitating. The ASC Presenter/Facilitator Training course was developed by the Australian Sports Commission to improve the standard of coaching and officiating in Australia by providing a structured pathway for coach and official education. Although, the course content focuses primarily on presenting and facilitating to groups of coaches and officials, learning can be transferred to a variety of sport and recreation settings. At the completion of the course, you will be able to: facilitate learning by using a range of learning methods conduct a practical session plan and review training to take into account participant needs and use a range of learning aids outline the presenter/facilitator's role in competency-based training for the National Coach Accreditation Scheme and National Official Accreditation Scheme This one-day equivalent course will be delivered on consecutive Wednesday evenings on 18 and 25 October 2017. Participation on both evenings is essential. This course is being delivered by an experienced presenter.
