Local Government Grants Seminar – copies of presentations available
The Physical Activity Taskforce, in conjunction with the WA Local Government Association and the Department of Health, held a Local Government Grants Seminar on Friday 15 July. Copies of the presentations are now available.

Information on several grants was presented to the 75 attendees, including: the Healthy Communities Initiative; Regional Development Australia Fund; Community Sport and Recreation Facilities Fund; Trails Grants; Community Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Grants; and Royalties for Regions.
Data collection sources for community profiling and key considerations for local governments when applying for funding were also covered.
