An opportunity for athletes aged 14–17 to experience the fitness testing used at elite level. Participants will undergo the tests and receive immediate feedback on their results.
Testing will include:
• Aerobic capacity (beep test).
• Speed testing (5 & 20 metre sprint tests).
• Power testing (vertical jump tests).
• Core strength testing.
