  • Introduction to physiology
  • Basic anatomy and biomechanics
  • Development and maturation
  • Nutrition for sport
  • Sport psychology
  • Anti-doping in sport 

Sports also require the completion of a sports specific component for you to become an Intermediate Level accredited coach.

Course dates can be found on the Calendar of Events. Please complete the registration form and forward it directly to Central Institute of Technology to confirm your attendance at a face to face course.
