Green exercise good for your head
A new study by Robin Mejia has found that surprisingly small doses of outdoor activity boost mood and self-esteem.

Interestingly, according to the study, exercising near a body of water has the biggest effect.
Recognising this is a well known theory, Mejia looks at studies being done to determine the types of activities, the dosage needed for substantial effects and how this evidence can be used in future planning.
