Tasocs Marching/DrillDance Club will be holding a Come And Try Marching Day on Saturday 3 December at Glendale Primary School, giving potential new members an opportunity to try the sport.
21 November 2011
Marching/DrillDance has grown in popularity over the past few years and members of the Tasocs Marching/DrillDance Club want to let the local community know how much fun their sport is.
No longer regarded as old-fashioned, Marching is often now known as DrillDance. Offering more variety of routines than Cheerleading, teams compete in synchronised Drill, Dance and Prop Routines at local, State and National indoor competitions. Team members love the colourful costumes and modern music used to suit the different themed routines.
If you are interested, or know of someone who may be interested in trying a new and fun form of exercise to music contact Judy Toll on 0420 753 902 or email judy_toll@internode.on.net. You can also go to www.marching.org.au for more information about the sport.
