The scholarships provide funding assistance for regionally-based athletes that meet the scholarship performance and eligibility criteria, to access training, competitions, development camps, coaches and facilities to improve their performance and assist them to represent Western Australia, and ultimately Australia.
Offered by DSR, this scholarship scheme has been provided for talented regional athletes since 1995.
State Sporting Associations (SSAs) now apply on behalf of all athletes. For further information please contact your relevant SSA.
