The Burns Challenge is a race! Guests will be seated in one of four coloured competing zones; red, green, blue or yellow. Each zone will have Elite Athletes running, paddling or cycling as far as they can and you will have the opportunity support your Athlete and your team by buying as many coloured glow sticks as your heart desires.
Each glow stick sold adds an extra 10 metres to your Athlete's total distance.
The team that goes the farthest wins and you can win with them! The team that wins, goes into the draw to win the first prize, the team that comes second, goes into the draw to win the second prize and so on.
The more glow sticks you buy, the greater the chance you have at winninng!
Your glow stick purchases help support your team to win and more importantly, all money raised from glow stick sales go the McComb Foundation and vital research into improving outcomes in burn injuries.
