The purpose of this member protection policy is to provide a model for medium to large clubs and associations to use and adapt for their circumstances and purposes.
It has been produced in consultation with a number of sport and recreation organisations and addresses a range of undesirable behaviours. Some of these behaviours are unlawful. Some are not unlawful but should not be tolerated by sport and recreation clubs and associations.
