The Stadium and the CityPerth Stadium Feasability Report
The Major Stadia Taskforce's final report investigating options for new Perth entertainment and sporting venues has been presented to the Western Australian Government.

The two-volume report was officially handed over to Sport and Recreation Minister John Kobelke by Taskforce Chairman John Langoulant and members of the Taskforce team on Wednesday 23 May 2007.

The report incorporates a high level of detail relating to the suitability of the four short-listed sites - East Perth Power Station, Burswood Peninsula, Subiaco’s Kitchener Park and a re-build of Subiaco Oval.

 

Subiaco Oval Remaining Useful Life Assessment

May 2009. The Department of Sport and Recreation (DSR) engaged GHD Pty Ltd (GHD) to complete a review of the remaining useful life of the Subiaco Oval stadium, as one element in the Government’s considerations into the development options for increasing the capacity of Subiaco Oval for Australian Rules Football.
