What’s coming up in the Peel?
There’s plenty for the Peel community to look forward to in the New Year. Here’s a taste of what you can expect.

The Seniors Triple Treat Beach Program will concentrate on developing seniors' participation in three beach sports. The program will encourage participants to take part in these active sports in a group social environment on a regular basis throughout the summer months. Activities include beach walking, beach swimming and body boarding.
National Youth Sailing Regatta (4-12 January 2009) will see the best young sailors at both national and international level meet to take part in this regatta hosted by the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club.
20/20 Cricket in the Peel The Halls Head Cricket Club will showcase 20/20 cricket in the region on 16 January 2008. A number of elite athletes from a variety of sports will be demonstrating their cricketing talents.
