Our qualified instructors run purpose designed team building exercises to help groups achieve set tasks and goals. A fun introduction to team work, can your team out smart our challenges?

Team-building is a chance for groups at Woodman Point to see how well they can work together to solve a series of challenges. Instructors will prompt participants to think about what skills they need to demonstrate to work well together as a team, such as communication, cooperation, compromise, and problem-solving. Groups will then get chances to test out their teamwork skills and solve some hypothetical problems, such as how they can get the whole team across the river of lava using only the three planks provided.
